Case Study: 

A recent case study highlights this approach - we applied neuroscientific and environmental science insights to transform an university space into an urban environment that promotes mental, physical, and social well-being while anticipating global trends. Addressing the challenge of creating wellness-supportive campus spaces, we developed strategies to foster health, enhance positive interactions, and accelerate academic success.

The resulting strategy report, featuring targeted insights and design recommendations, aligns with ESG criteria and positions the campus as a forward-thinking, wellness-driven environment, ready to attract students and investors through its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation.

The deliverable was a comprehensive strategic report focused on transforming campus spaces using insights from neuroscience and environmental science. It includes an analysis of the current environment, identifies key stressors, and provides practical recommendations for reducing them. The report features tailored design guidelines aimed at optimizing mental, physical and social well-being, and includes a framework for future development aligned with ESG criteria, ensuring sustainability and positive community impact.
