Design Strategy

Our Housing Development Design Strategy provides a proprietary, scientific, and interdisciplinary framework to reduce environmental stressors and enhance the physical, mental, and social health of communities. Based on neuroscience and environmental psychology, this service helps developers and investors create spaces that not only meet ESG criteria but also become true catalysts for well-being and urban innovation.”

Case Study: In the SKYCITY project, IMPRONTA applied its expertise in neuroarchitecture and neurourbanism to analyze both interior and exterior spaces, with the goal of reducing environmental stressors and maximizing well-being and quality of life. This proprietary method integrates neuroscience and environmental psychology into the architectural and urban design process. The proprietary framework translates scientific evidence into practical design principles, applied guidelines, and measurable metrics, providing developers and designers with concrete tools to create spaces that reduce stress, promote well-being, and strengthen the competitive value of projects. Science that becomes design. Through a scientific audit of renderings, floor plans, and project, we identified environmental stressors and developed guidelines to optimize, common areas, outdoor spaces, urban gardens, and social and relaxation zones. This work went beyond a simple audit, positioning SKYCITY as a pioneering residential project that integrates health, neuroscience, and design, creating value for both end users and the developer.

Deliverables: The deliverable was a comprehensive strategic report with technical analysis and functional assessment. Customized guidelines for interiors and exteriors focused on reducing stressors and optimizing perception. Narrative recommendations supported the communication and positioning of Allcon’s neuroarchitecture.
