Neuroinclusive Design
Research & Consulting
Our research and consulting service in neuroinclusive design offers clients a unique, innovative edge in creating inclusive spaces that minimize sensory overload, reduce stress, and enhance accessibility. By addressing the needs of vulnerable groups such as neurodivergent individuals, the elderly, and children, we help our clients lead the way in designing environments focused on well-being and diversity. Aligned with core values of inclusivity and sustainability, our solutions not only support regulatory compliance but also contribute to long-term business growth and positive social impact. What sets us apart is our deep expertise across fields like medicine, neuroscience, environmental science, and design, combined with evidence-based insights that ensure effective and lasting results.
Case Study 1:
In an audit based project, we collaborated to reimagine an educational space with a focus on human and environmental sustainability. Our service included two core components:
A – Circular Design Audit, conducted by our partner studio Bidermann + Wide, which evaluated environmental impact and resource efficiency; and B – Human Experience Audit, led by our team to address the sensory, social, and accessibility needs of neurodiverse users. Together, these audits provided a comprehensive roadmap for creating a sustainable, inclusive environment that supports well-being, aligns with ESG goals, and positions the project as an innovative, responsible model in interior design.
Deliverables:
The final deliverable is a comprehensive audit report assessing the current state of interior spaces with a focus on neuroinclusive design. It includes a detailed evaluation of technical conditions, functionality, accessibility, and user experience, with targeted recommendations to reduce sensory overload and enhance comfort. The report also provides a strategic roadmap for phased improvements aligned with the client’s goals for sustainability and inclusivity.

Case Study 2:
In this project, we conducted in-depth research on the most prevalent neurodiversity types in the workplace, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Information Processing Disorders (IPD). The aim was to understand the specific needs and challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals in office environments. Based on our research findings, we provided actionable insights and worked closely with architects to develop a comprehensive set of neuroinclusive design guidelines.
Deliverables:
The final deliverable was a detailed research report and a tailored set of design guidelines. The report included key insights on the needs of neurodivergent employees (ASD, ADHD, IPD) and practical recommendations for creating supportive office spaces. The guidelines, co-developed with architects, offered concrete strategies for reducing sensory overload and improving user experience, aligning with the client’s goals for inclusivity and well-being.
